Excellent accommodation, lovely hosts , hot tub icing on the cake Mrs J, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire 30 March 2011
Upon arrival at the cottage we were greeted by Sally who was very friendly and welcoming. Once inside we were presented with a freshly made cake and tray of tea, (which was just what we needed after our journey). The cottage is exactly how it looks on the website, which was very nice as we were a little worried if the pictures were too good to be true. The interior of the cottage is excellent, very cosy and lovely and warm. The garden is excellent too with a lovely lawn and seating area alongside the hot tub. The cottage is about a 5 minute drive from Chapel St Leonards and 10 minutes from Ingoldmells, you can get a bus to and from the cottage (we only caught a bus back to the cottage one day and was dropped off at the bottom of the drive, dont know if this is the norm). I would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a beautiful base for a relaxing holiday, you will not be disappointed!! Miss H, Pontefract, West Yorkshire 26 September 2010
We had a lovely week staying in Sunrise Barn with weather to match. We were welcomed by Sally who provided us with tea and cake which was very much appreciated after our journey. The accommodation was of a very high standard and the outside space was ideal for the children with an enclosed garden and a large space for ball games. The beach at Chapel St Leonard and Chapel Point were excellent, lovely and clean and not over crowded. Good Co-op in the village for all your essentials and plenty of great places to eat very closeby. The Italian is well worth a visit - we went twice it was that good. Skegness not far way with plenty to do whatever the weather. Overall a lovely cottage in a lovely area. It was a shame to have to come home, would definitely go again. We knew from the moment we got out of the car we were going to have a wonderful break. A BIG THANK YOU for providing such lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The whole of our family truly endoyed the holiday and our only wish was we had booked to stay for longer. We will certainly be recommending you. It has been especially nice that the dogs have had such freedom, which in turn makes our stay more relaxed. Mrs C, Hornchurch, Essex 07 August 2010
Fantastic accomodation and high quality finish throughout. Well enclosed garden safe for children and pets. Central location for all local amenities and close to all other holiday attractions. Accomodation was well equipped with all necessary home comforts and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus. Mrs C, Airdrie, Lanarkshire 20 July 2010
